Injury Prevention & Wellness

Don’t wait until you are so limited by pain to get help! Let us show you how to optimize your workouts, movement patterns and running/gait pattern by watching the mechanics of your habits to restore and improve your potential with your activities!

physical Therapy for return to sport/function

Sometimes we just need a little boost with an extra set of eyes to optimize our return to sport and function after an injury or baby.

Breaking movements down into isolated exercises and activities can help you improve overall function and return you to all your priorities.

Pain management or Trigger point Dry Needling

Neck pain/headaches, jaw pain, back pain, hip pain, foot pain, knee pain…can all be improved!

Incontinence Control

Don’t let leakage control your life! Jumping, running, coughing, sneezing, laughing should NOT make you pee nor poo nor pass gas.

Pelvic Floor Physical Therapy has been demonstrated to be effective in improving and/or eliminating incontinence as well as being the first line of defense for treatment as stated by the American Urological Association guidelines. We aim to give you a sense of freedom and confidence back.

Pelvic Pain Relief

Pelvic pain can be pain from the belly button to the pelvic floor. Scars, SI joint, pubic symphysis, lumbar spine/low back, the organs, pelvic floor muscles, and fascial interconnections can all cause pain.

If you have been assessed by a provider but the source of your pain has not been identified - it could be one of these interconnections we can help you address.

Postpartum Recovery or prenatal prep

Are you trying to figure out where to start with all the instagram and youtube videos for a sense of control?

Priority Physical Therapy’s unique B-4 Program assesses the 4 aspects of the Core to prioritize and focus on Mom - her belly, back, breathing and bum. Individualized exercises based on the specific needs are chosen rather than a one-size fits all routine.

Did you know that 1:3 of women have pelvic floor dysfunction?

Did you know around half of us do not even do a “Kegel” correctly nor really need to do one at all?

No wonder you’re not getting better solo!

You need a team and you need someone to give you a kickstart.

I see you Mama.

Frustrated with the process yet knowing that time is what we need. But how much time is too much time to wait until we decide to seek help?

To my Mamas out there:

We need to help each other. We need to depend on each other. I want to help you. If you feel frustrated with the answers you are getting (or lack there of) from doctors, friends or even within your own head, please reach out. The most common issues are ones that, if we are taught to manage, can resolve or significantly improve.

Oh. So, you don’t have common issues?

  • You have full control of your bladder and never leak even with coughing or sneezing?

  • You can box jump, jumprope, lunge, and squat without limitation?

  • You can jump on a trampoline without even thinking about it or feeling like your insides are going to fall out?

  • You can engage in intercourse/intimacy without pain, frustration and reach climax pleasurably?

  • You don’t have a bulge with curls ups in your abdomen or a belly pouch and feel your core is at its best?

  • Your C-section scar or perineal scar or tear from delivery is not painful?

  • Your back never hurts?

  • Your posture is pristine?

  • You can have a bowel movement without bearing down or straining?

  • So you think you’ll just watch a few videos and get it all by yourself right?

Ohhhh…those “issues” are the common issues I’m talking about?

Well, yes!

That’s what we are trained to help you conquer. Physical therapy is so much more than just Kegels with women’s health related issues. Contact us and let’s see how much we can change your life!
