“I am really enjoying the program, and feel myself getting stronger. This has kept me the most consistent that I have been with any work out routine, even though summertime is challenging with schedules, taking kids all over the place while they’re home from school, vacations, company visiting, etc. I would like to do another 3 month session, this will help me continue to tone up and continue to strengthen my core after having my little guy. This program is great for me as I can do it on my schedule, break up the circuits throughout the day if needed and change the day and time of the workout if needed and I am learning a lot about correct form.”
