What to expect?

Your body moves and functions as a unit. Often we can create bad habits that feed into the problem without acknowledging it has occured. Your therapist can help you identify the issues, compensating factors and give you a program for home to allow for quicker recovery and independence. Utilizing hands-on techniques to release and mobilize the tissues, your therapist will help to eliminate pain and improve mobility which translates over to you being able to do what you want more efficiently. We will often assess several body parts to determine the true cause of the pain or problem.
